{"id":10177,"date":"2025-08-25T17:49:44","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T23:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/?p=10177"},"modified":"2025-08-25T22:37:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-26T04:37:26","slug":"hallan-muerto-a-reo-en-el-cerss-no-14-el-amate-de-cintalapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/?p=10177","title":{"rendered":"Hallan muerto a reo en el CERSS No. 14 \u201cEl Amate\u201d de Cintalapa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Cintalapa, Chiapas; 25\/AGOSTO\/2025.<\/strong>\u2013 La ma\u00f1ana de este lunes fue localizado sin vida un interno en el Centro Estatal de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Sentenciados (CERSS) No. 14 \u201cEl Amate\u201d, ubicado en el municipio de Cintalapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El occiso fue identificado como Marco \u201cN\u201d, originario de Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, quien se encontraba vinculado a proceso por el delito de intento de feminicidio, luego de que en mayo pasado disparara contra su ex pareja, hecho que gener\u00f3 gran indignaci\u00f3n social en la capital chiapaneca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n preliminar, personal penitenciario report\u00f3 el hallazgo dentro de una de las \u00e1reas del centro, por lo que de inmediato se dio parte a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n de justicia inform\u00f3 que ya se abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n para esclarecer las causas del deceso y determinar si se trat\u00f3 de un suicidio, un hecho accidental o si hay responsables directos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cuerpo fue trasladado al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense para practicarle la necropsia de ley.
