11\/Febrero\/2026.-<\/strong> La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente, presidida por la diputada Alejandra G\u00f3mez Mendoza, convoc\u00f3 al pleno de la Sexag\u00e9sima Novena Legislatura al Tercer Per\u00edodo Extraordinario de Sesiones correspondiente al primer receso del Segundo A\u00f1o de Ejercicio Constitucional, el cual se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el 16 de febrero de 2026 a las doce horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dicha sesi\u00f3n se dar\u00e1 tr\u00e1mite legislativo a las siguientes disposiciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dictamen que presenta la Comisi\u00f3n de Postulaci\u00f3n de la Medalla \u00c1ngel Albino Corzo Castillejo, mediante el cual propone otorgar la referida medalla.<br>Dictamen de la propuesta para otorgar la medalla Manuel Velasco Su\u00e1rez en su versi\u00f3n 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"619\" src=\"https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/001-3-1-1024x619.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20172\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.6543031708751594;width:792px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/001-3-1-1024x619.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/001-3-1-300x181.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/001-3-1-768x464.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/dc.diariodecomitan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/001-3-1.jpeg 1530w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Previamente, la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente turn\u00f3 a comisiones parlamentarias -para su an\u00e1lisis y dictamen- las siguientes disposiciones:<br>Oficio del Ayuntamiento de Simojovel, Chiapas, por medio del cual solicita autorizaci\u00f3n para dar de baja del patrimonio municipal a 54 veh\u00edculos automotores por encontrarse en estado de inoperatividad.<br>Oficio del Ayuntamiento de Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas, por medio del cual solicita autorizaci\u00f3n para dar de baja del patrimonio municipal a 39 veh\u00edculos automotores por encontrarse en estado de inoperatividad.<br>Oficio signado por los Ayuntamientos de Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez y Berrioz\u00e1bal, Chiapas, respectivamente, por medio del cual solicitan autorizaci\u00f3n para celebrar convenio amistoso para la apreciaci\u00f3n y reconocimiento de sus l\u00edmites territoriales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comisi\u00f3n Permanente Convoca al Tercer Periodo Extraordinario de Sesiones Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez;
